「Service good」

「Well-maintained property and friendly staffs」

「提前网上预定的 到达时已经深夜 前台接待人员显得很不耐烦 房卡标注房间号错误 对非英语母语客人有点不友好」

「The hotel was under renovation, it was messy and unclean. They told us nothing about the renovation when we booked our room. It felt like a scam!」

「The staff was courteous and very helpful. They made sure that a 3:35 A.M. airport ride had been scheduled for me for the next morning. When I arrived, they asked if I had a floor preference. That made me very happy because I don’t like 1st floor.」

「Ok」

「The staff were wonderful. I didn’t have a remote for my TV so when I went downstairs to ask, the nice front desk person found a few for me to try. I was able to find one that worked. Although when I looked under the bed to look for the original remote I noticed it was extremely dirty underneath. The bed was very comfortable though and the staff extremely helpful.」

「Great place for an overnight stay」

「The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 」
