"This property is not located at the address mentioned on the website. It’s far away from the location shown. The actual address is Tanovor ko chasi 155, opposite to Joni Osh Restaurant. It’s very close to Samarkand city(Musical fountain and Park) this not the real Samarkand city, it’s a park build by the name Samarkand city which is far away from the main city. No one speaks English there. Clean property."

"5 stars: friendly owner and staff, attentive, helpful; good breakfast, good location; ping pong table & parrots. 2 stars: the room (hot water in the shower wasn't working so I couldn't wash my hair, a guy came to "fix it" but I only got a few drops of water and not enough for showering properly). The bed was also very uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on the floor. I have never slept on a harder bed. Felt like it had no matress. Also no real blanket, so cold at night."
