Hello, we went to Samana as a little family with a 5 year old child. The Hotel was nicer as expected, always people around if you have questions and the dining room so nice. The rooms nice and clean. Its just very loud in general, inside the hotel and outside...apart from that, everything was good, my son even wanted to stay there and not going home anymore haha. Thanks!!!

Cute little hotel with a rooftop jacuzzi/pool combo and breakfast. It's very close to El Malecon and the nightlife which was perfect. They have private parking and a security guard. I enjoyed my night here.

It was a nice Hotel. The staff was very nice. The room was very clean and shower was very nice. Breakfast was very good and the server were very nice and very attentive with us. They were very nice. Thank you Flor and Maya. I highly recommend this Hotel if you get a chance to go to Samana

Excelente situación. Todo el personal del hotel, atento y agradable. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y sin armario, y cuando estás 3 noches como en nuestro caso, es de agradecer poder vaciar tus maletas

No querían aceptar que pagara con tarjeta de crédito. Al momento de hacer la reserva no hay ninguna información sobre la forma de pago. Finalmente, aceptaron que pagara con tarjeta, pero no fue fácil. Si no quieren aceptar tarjetas de crédito, deberían ser claros y especificarlo en las condiciones de la reservación.

Extremely poor wifi, very noisy. There is a bank and government office on the first floor next to the hotel reception. Noisy street. Very nice and friendly staff. Clean room but very tiny bathroom.

This little hotel is a gem. Updated and clean, it is a star amongst the many hotels we’ve frequented in the DR. It was inexpensive, close to the marina and had a great breakfast included in the hotel price. Vanessa at the front desk was delightful. It lacks amenities like a pool, restaurant, gym, etc, but if that stuff isn’t important, this is an excellent choice.

Nice stay
The Hotel is in a great location. Just a short walk to the Malecón were you have restaurants and night life. I felt safe to walk around day and night. The staff is friendly and well mannered specially Jose at the front desk, bell staff was prompt and friendly. The morning team at the breakfast area was cheerful and friendly. The food selection was fresh and delicious. No credit cards accepted only cash. There is no information or details on the Hotels.com website it coughs us by surprise thankfully we had enough cash on hand. It would be nice if the staff knew a little information of things to do or history hi lights. We will be back!!

Room was very nice, except for the ants. Hot water pressure in shower is very minimal. Very bad wi-fi. You can only pay with CASH, which is not stated on the web site at all. The site says they speak English which is not true. Good breakfast. Would stay again if traveling with friends that speak spanish

El hotel esta cerca de la bahía. La habitación es espaciosa pero le falta mantenimiento al baño y el aire acondicionado. Falta reforzar los protocolos de bioseguridad en el Personal ya que no usan sus mascarillas dentro del hotel ni al servir el desayuno .

Estimado cliente, le agradecemos que nos eligiera como destino durante su estadía en Samaná. también agradecemos sus observaciones, ya que nos ayuda a crecer como empresa pero le informo que somos unos de los hoteles que , cumple con el protocolo a nivel de la provincia, y es imposible que el personal, que sirven el desayuno estén sin sus mascarillas al momento de darle servicio a los clientes, de ser así ya el hotel estaría cerrado por incumplimiento de protocolo porque salud publica y turismo viene a supervisar que todo marche bien.
