El personal de recepción muy agradable. El AC de la habitación enfrió bastante. Lo que no me agradó fue la limpieza de la habitación (encontramos una cucaracha en la bañera y un gusano en el lavamanos).

OK place to stay

Restaurant nor bar were open at hotel, which is one of the main reasons I chose to stay there. So ended up having to constantly take Conchos to places to eat, I rented on my 2nd to last day because I thought it would save me money instead of paying a Concho. Cable was out in room, did not get fixed till just before leaving. Toilet had problems flushing, never really got fixed, would have to try to flush repeatedly to get all paper or body waste to go down, most times there was still some in the toilet because I did not want to waste a bunch of my time trying to get it to go down. Safe in room did not work. It is close to a hospital which makes it easy to get a Covid test though.

Ero già stato bene qualche tempo fa in questa struttura. Adesso la mia esperienza è stata molto negativa : immaginare di avere uno o più topi come ospiti nella camera!!! Non riesco a mandarvi le foto di due banane chiaramente rosicate da detti ospiti. Ristorante pessimo Colazione uguale

Hôtel charmant, très bon rapport qualité prix et excellent accueil. Malheureusement, l'emplacement de l'hôtel (prés de la route et d'un espace de fête) n'est pas forcément calme à la tombée de la nuit. Pratique tout de même quand on vient de la station de bus et que l'on souhaite séjourner au cœur de l'action.

Great staff!! Wrong location

Is located next to a stadium and all day is very noisy the music is loud and ends till midnight. If you look for a place to rest is not. You hear everything from the next room, awful and disgusting... you need a car.

The price was 1/2 what you would pay for a Hotel in the beach area. You can travel by motorcycle to the beach for $1 US or rent a motor scooter for $15 per day. Great value for an Air conditioned room with pool with excellent restaurant and great breakfast for about $55 per day. A 250 yard walk to the bus area to travel to other parts of the country........I loved it there for the price.

We enjoyed this hotel; it is rated appropriately. We enjoyed the rooms, they had a cottage feel to it and the gardens were very pretty. We enjoyed the pool as well. You are in the city, so there is a lot of traffic noise and a basket ball court behind the hotel. You are too far to walk to the beach but there are plenty of motoconchos to get a ride to the beach and restaurants. The hotel also has a restaurant attached to it with a very nice menu.

Excelente estadia familiar, para los niños una piscina, las habitaciones tipo cabañitas dan un toque de privacidad, aun no esta tan cerca de la playa pero el tipo de turismo en la zona implica el uso de vehiculos para desplazarse. El servicio del personal es muy bueno.

Nice pool but impossible to sleep

The hotel is composed by a circle of bungalows, in the middle a swimming pool, with nice vegetation around. The service is hospitable and cleaning lady working well. However, unfortunately it is completely impossible to sleep in this place: the neighbour has a garden with roosters which sing and make noise also during nighttime and in particular from 5 to 9 am they sing all the time at about two meters from the windows of the bungalows and it is a real torture. The Windows have also no glass so it seems to have the rooster in the room. Also , one evening some local guest were having bath at midnight and making noise and in the night some other guests were screaming in the other rooms for long and the bungalows are too near to sleep quitly. The wifi has been working for a few hours and then broke up for days. The location is also more than 2 km from the sea and it's better to have a car. Other bad thing was the window mosquito nets which were broken in some holes so that some mosquitos could enter. The good things are the available parking for some cars and an armed night guardian at the entrance. There is also a safe in the room, and the beds are big and also bathroom with showers and hairdryer. Breakfast nice. In the complex I can not suggest to stay in this hotel if you wish to rest a little bit during your vacation.
