「Had an excellent stay with family. Bhavya is a no frills resort but highly functional. You get everything that you need. The service is excellent and staff is very polite, helpful and flexible. The rooms are comfortable and properly equipped. Highly recommended.」

「The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

「Everything is quiet good , food entertainment. What can you expect in desert camp is basically there. The only problem is if you wish to enjoy night entertainment with glass of beer you can’t do that, even though they sell alcohol in the premises, you have to sit at the back of the other guests you can’t join them. Either they should stop alcohol altogether, if they sell it then they should allow them to sit and enjoy 」

「We looked forward to this trip. The people are nice and the property situated well. They had a camal safari, local entertainment and then dinner. With only 3 families among 18 camps, we felt a bit empty. A larger group would have made this a better experience. Weather, the location and the experience for one night is worth.」

「It exceeded my expectations.. we had a good time.. although we planned for 3 nights which is little longer.. 2 nights is ideal.. food was good.. rooms and tents were very nice.. the evening program was also very nice.. we enjoyed their jeep safari and camel ride.. ATV (quad bike) was not good.. would recommend to anyone.. they have perfect location..」

「Gulab was a wonderful host and he gave us best rates for desert jeep and camel ride. We were shifted to heritage juma as aroma camps were shut due to off season and less tourists due to covid. But we did not find any difference in quality of rooms and service. Dinner and breakfast were not up to the mark and we informed gulab, possibly due to majority of jain tourists in the camp. 」

「Room picture shown in website at location totally opposite. We have booked luxury cottage by paying premium amount but basics amenities are not there. The cottage was shabby.」
