「The staff were very friendly, and although the room was small, it was cozy and felt like home.」

「I stayed at this hotel from May 30 to June 1. On the night of May 31, the air conditioner started leaking water. We called the front desk staff for help, and they advised us to turn off the air conditioner and sleep with the window open. We followed their instructions.
