"Very basic room. No frills. Location was fine for what we needed. There is a restaurant 3 min away. Access to room is with a code that was provided via email. We did not have breakfast. Never saw any staff."

The dedicated parking spaces were occupied but there is an easily accessible public parking on the other side of the main road that’s affordable. Nicely decorated room. "Charming hotel, very friendly staff, beautiful location with views facing the water on the 3rd floor. Lots of steps, so be aware if mobility is an issue but we absolutely loved it (and Hallstatt)!"

"Booked it last second. I got the check in information right away and got in a couple hours later. Super spacious with two big bedrooms is hard to beat. Right next to the railway cog that takes you up the mountain which is so cool! And you can hear the stream from inside. Great deck too. Grateful for my stay!"

"A really beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoyed the restaurant, the bar and the beer garden. The food was delicious everywhere, but the restaurant in particular was fantastic. Spa and pool were really nice, very relaxing and also clean and tidy. Highly recommend!"
