I never leave reviews - ever - BUT! We were so blown away with this hotel I could not pass it up. It is a gorgeous spot conveniently located in the heart of Salzburg. The staff was incredible -friendly and so helpful. We travel with a service animal and they had our room prepared with a set of dog bowls as well. If we ever come back to Salzburg, we will not stay anywhere else ❤️

Staff was very helpful right from the check in time to help the luggage and on checkout they were very helpful to get the lunch packet to go as we had to checkout very early. They also provided free bus tickets for the days we stayed. The building itself is unique with great wood work, very spacious and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was served with lots of options and at a scenic river view area!

This was such a unique experience. You can tell there is so much history in the hotel. Even the key chains were from the 1700's. Very cool experience.
