O hotel super localizado Deixou a deseja as trocas de toalhas e lençóis , era limpo apenas o banheiro. O café da manhã sem muito opção para quem vai passar muito tempo . Mas o restante super tranquilo.

Cartão de acesso ao quarto desmagnetizava em minutos, mesmas opções no café da manhã todos os dias (passei 20 dias), barata no quarto - matei barata todos os dias que estive no hotel, mesmo mudando de andar para o 11, limpeza do banheiro com pano sujo espelho todo manchado pelo pano, pia sem lavagem. Roupa de cama e banho muito usadas, furadas, colchão rasgado com espuma saindo. Precisa de reforma com urgência.

A cama é bem confortável e o chuveiro bem gostoso, já a limpeza deixou a desejar. Apareciam várias baratinhas no quarto. E também tive problemas com o check in, assim perdendo quase uma diária inteira pq o hotel estava sem sistema. Me fizeram ficar aguardando na recepção, até que viram que o sistema não voltaria e liberaram nossa reserva. Isso já era mais de 3 da manhã. O café da manhã é bem ruim

Decepcionado.

Check-in rápido porém condições dos quartos inferiores as fotos, o que mais indignou foi a quentão do hotel todo ter apenas um secador para o hotel todo! e ainda assim perderam, ou seja tive de comprar um secador para usar na estadia, pois a equipe não fez nada para auxiliar, café mediano, cama e travesseiros duros, todas as janelas parafusadas impossibilitando abertura delas.

Nunca passei o horror que passei nesse hotel . Não conseguia dormir sentindo bichos andando em mim, quando acendo a luz pela madrugada , me deparo com a cama cheia de carrapatos . Fui picada por carrapatos a noite toda . Sem dúvidas não faz a detetizaçao e deve receber cachorros sem o menor cuidado . Única coisa que fizeram por mim foi trocar de quarto . Um absurdo e descaso . Fora que o quarto é todo mal cuidado, lençóis e fronhas sujas. Não indico a ninguém.
