「There was a storm and they lost power and the temperature was 100 degrees and they did nothing didn't even come to the rooms to see if everyone was ok or anything!!」

「Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff were all extremely helpful. There was construction happening during our stay but I never heard anything. Parking lot spaces were limited however absolutely no problem parking on the grass at the side of the building as directed. Great place and would stay here again.」

「One of the best stays I have had in Lancaster !!! I will be making another reservation in the near future !!!!」

「Currently under renovation, so the new rooms look good but the older rooms seem to lack quite a bit. My room had stains in the carpet and a persistent odor. The air conditioning did not appear to work as expected (granted, it was among the hottest days of the year). There was police presence when we checked in. Not sure if this is representative of the area or just bad timing. The officer was speaking to a guest. Cleanliness: the property itself is very clean. The room seemed "good enough"...

「Construction next-door started at 6 AM heavy equipment and banging noises. 3 inch gap under the room door people walking down the halls waking you up all night door was missing a sweep. Undersize toilet, very low and very uncomfortable getting on and off of. Would not recommend to anyone.」
