"Nice room at a good rate, friendly staff. Food is good, bit expensive in hotel. Biggest problem is too many stray dogs running around which is very intimidating. The village should fix that for tourism. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Kato Waidi Nubian House. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They arranged all our transportation smoothly and made our stay completely stress-free. The traditional grilled dinner was excellent and felt very authentic. We highly recommend staying a couple of days to experience and explore the more traditional side of Nubian life."

"Hotel with great location in an artificial island . Staff friendly and helpful. Good food . Rooms needs remodeling because looks old and stained. Amenities not always works appropriately. Anyway I consider this hotel a good place for briefs stays at the city. "

"AMAZING EXPERIENCE"

"The staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind. The location is a little outside of the main area of town, and up a hill, making access to the market tougher (5 min uber). The real complaint is the noise. There was one night where there was a police 'celebration' until 4AM (yes really). This featured loud music and real ammunition being fired off into the sky (yes really). Very noisy. "
