The staff might just be the friendliest in Great Britain. It made the stay a delight and we used the great conservatory space to watch a Christmas movie with our little one. Great food and great beer/wine. You need a car to access all the local things (Runswick Bay/Whitby/Scarborough/Moors) but we will come back each year as we love it.

Our stay at the Ellerby was fantastic, we were made to feel very welcome, the food was excellent and our bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again
