「DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL VIA HOTELS.COM!! the hotel - when we arrived - stated that they are NOT on this platform. Virtual Agent quoted a MOBILE number as the contact to the hotel and @GMAIL address for the email. clearly someone else set them up on this platform (most likely as a FRAUD!) I am terrified seeing this hotel still available on Hotels.com (and Expedia) after our complaint last week!」

「Abundant and pleasant outdoor seating areas. Friendly staff. Very clean room with good facilites. Very comfortable bed and quiet surroundings gave a great sleep. Loved the decor and had a quiet relaxing break. Great meal and excellet food quality. Only minor downside was Wi Fi stopped working 24 hours after our arrival. Worked in the lounge and outside so was able to use it there. Saltburn beach, funicular railway and peir were good.」
