The best value and location in Salta

Beautiful apartment, excellent value, great location near very good restaurants, clean, and easy self check in. The bed was acceptable but not the highest quality. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

We’ve stayed here before and so long as you don’t accept Apt 1A, it’s great. 1A is overlooked by the café, has no balcony and has floor cleaning equipment right next to the bed. One word of caution - there is no longer any physical presence in the building so you must have a charged phone to get door codes etc.

The whole concept of this place is to cut back on labor costs by providing minimal service. Do you want an extra towel or pillow? Not happening. Is there anyone to call you a taxi in the morning or advise you about the neighborhood? Nope. It's all shiny and glitzy but the actual room design is very poor. The shower sprays water on to the bathroom floor because there's no shower door. There's no place to hang a towel near the shower without it being drenched by the spray.The TV hangs on the wall chest high and projects from the wall right in your way if you make a trip to the bathroom at night. I'm sure it has caused many a bruise or black eye. It's inexpensive but still a ripoff. Budget hotels around the world provide a better value. Go anywhere else in Salta!

L'appartement convenait bien pour un court séjour, plutôt bien placé, avec des casiers extérieurs pour laisser ses affaires avant et après. La propreté n'était pas idéale et il manquait de matériel pour la cuisine, ainsi que d'un minimum basic (huile..).

Appart'hôtel plutôt calme en 2ème ligne. Vous y accédez par une boutique DDL&CO qui vous sert également un bon petit déjeuner, le matin!! Appart'hôtel propre, petite salle de bain. Bonne Literie. Accueil agréable par la boutique DDL&CO, même quand comme nous, vous avez omis de vous mettre en contact avec l'hôtel pour les codes et numéros de chambre!! Bon petit déjeuner!! Proche d'une rue animée plein de restaurants...

This is a great place if you are in your 20's. Not so great for an old geezer like me, BUT no complaints about the people, the place and the concept. More like a Hostel/Apartment complex. Definitely not a hotel.
