Staff was very rude! The room was terrible! Bathroom door didnt close well! Toilet clogged after first time used. bathtub clogged after first time use. Beddings slightly ripped. Some lights didn’t work. Some outlet didnt work. The incense that was burning in the front desk smells nasty. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. Definitely regret booking this hotel. Would 100% never recommend to others.

The front desk wasn’t welcoming, rooms and bathrooms were not clean, carpet is disguising, bedcovers are from the 70’s with cigarette burns same with the curtains. The motel has an overwhelming smoke smell and they try to cover it up with incense.

They didn’t check the room before I checked in, room had stains, crumbs under the fridge, stains on bed sheets, stains on walls and bathroom walls, shower tub was not clean, sink had stains. Holes on the wall and had one hole that had toilet paper in it. Missing door on cabinet. Asked for refund didn’t give me any and made excuses. Only got deposit back, front desk worker complained that I went to complain about the room.

The lady that checked me in was horrible. Her attitude was bad. I checked in and she demanded a $100 deposit in cash. Treated me like dirt. When i went to check out the guy at the desk couldnt find me anywhere in the system. The place was rundown curtains falling off the rods. Carpet was filthy and smelt bad too.

I lost myself out at night time I forgot my key in my room I went to Walmart And got back to the hotel and manager did not want to give me my key he told me that I was not allowed to lock myself out at that time because he was not going to let me back into my room well I proceeded to tell him I needed to get into my room so finally he gave me my key but as I was walking down the hall I said something to myself he can find out from the front desk telling me that he was going to kick me out of the hotel if I ever said anything to him again

Elevator work slow whole there's only 2 floors. Carpet in room so filthy & sticky. After shower your feet turns brown walking on those carpet. Pillows on bed is half a pillows. Allergies kicked in bad as soon as we entered the room. Stains all over carpet, walls, and sticky bathroom floors. I wouldn't stay here again or would recommend

We used to stop here on our way across the country, but this will be our last time. The property has gone downhill since our last visit (2 years ago) and our room was very dirty. We arrived very late and had to wait for quite a while to check in, because the front desk agent was arguing with another guest about the cleanliness of his room. Overall it was a place to stop for a quick sleep, but won’t be returning.

There was a $100 deposit for the room that was not mentioned when booking, that has not been refunded. The paint in the bathroom was flaking off the walls. There were 5 locations that said no smoking and incense burning in the entryway which didn't make sense. The mattress looked like someone died on it. I have photos. Urine stains, blood stains and then they had just flipped the mattress over with more urine stains. None of the drains had Stoppers in them, sticky stuff on the counter and microwave, black markes on almost all walls, the entire facility was nasty.

The lady at the desk was very rude when checking in. Room was disgusting, there were blood stains on bed sheets, carpet and wall. Overall carpet is in horrible condition, covered in stains. Bed sheets have tears in them. Bathroom doesn’t look cleaned at all. The room does have a TV, microwave, fridge and good AC. The hotel is in a great location but very disappointed with the service and condition the room was in.

Good staff, decent hotel but one if the rooms had bed bugs and eggs, was unable to move us to a clean room or let us consolidate to one room and expected half our party on the same reservation to leave and the other half to pay for the room that didnt have bugs when there was no where for them to go past midnight.
