Absolutely loved this place! The rooms were so fun and unique, and the staff was very kind and helpful. My only issue was that the stairs up to the bathtub in my room (the third floor jungle suite) were very small and slightly sloped, so it was kinda hard to get in and out of the tub. It seemed like the other rooms I saw probably don't have this issue? But all in all would definitely stay again!

The building is nice (historic property), and the decor was playful and well done. The food was good, and the staff were very helpful. The recommendations I have are to change the carpet and install some kind of scent ambience, because the age of the building shows a bit.

The proprietors own two similar properties about 2 miles from each other. Both have theme type rooms. Problem- if you book the Temple property but it is not full and there is room at their alternate property, the Temple property is NOT opened and you are told to go to the other property via A NOTE ON DOOR!! In the end, the alternate room was good, but I find it rude how they handle the guests by consolidating us to their alternate property. Once their, it was fine.

The shower head was seven or eight feet above the tub. By the time the water got to us, it was all spread out and difficult to rinse off the soap. It looked cool but wasn't that great. The dude who checked us in was extremely friendly and did a great job. The breakfast was very good! Everything else was satisfactory, but nothing special. I would stay there again but wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to schedule it.

No staff on the property the only staff was house keeping in The mornings. we also ask if our room could be clean the first day we was there and if we could get fresh linens. never got any of that had to drive up to the other property to get fresh linens and a new breakfast order card for the following morning. for the money we spent we didn't get the experience we was promised. South temple property just felt like hey you paid us good money but you don't get anything promised in you're stay. Just felt like no one cares about that property.

No one ever answered the phone!! Expedia did NOT pass on my contact info so they could call me to tell me we couldn’t check in because their employee didn’t show up!! The mansion was beautiful but in need of serious upkeep and repairs on the exterior. Very little to no staff on the property. The ice machine was empty or broken. The breakfast was disappointing. The smoke detector was from the 80’s. No soap in the shower/bath dispenser. Maybe if you go on a weekend you’ll get some service, but we certainly didn’t.
