「Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off 」

「My stay at Casa Princess was too short. Ms. Powell was very nice. The property was quiet and well organized, not to mention very sanitary. Everything was fairly new. Maybe we'll book it next time.」

「All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...
