We have stayed twice now as we love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly, rooms are air conditioned. The food in the hotel has a wide range, we are vegan and managed to find a variety - more so than last year too. (After about 5 days of half board we were ready for a break from it). Ignore the bad reviews, you’ll have a lovely time here.

The hotel was okay. We stayed here years ago and loved it. The food quality was excellent but thats been the biggest difference we noticed this time around. Breakfast is fine but dinner is pretty poor. No where near as good as I remember it. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Apart from the food, I was really disappointed th

The room was cleaned to a high standard; housekeeping were brilliant and when our daughter was poorly, they were extremely quick to sort out new bedding etc. Beds were comfortable-ish, but the noise from surrounding rooms and the corridor was ridiculously loud - it genuinely felt like somebody was in the room with us. Walls are certainly paper-thin and perhaps we should have taken heed when ‘sound proofed room’ was a listed upgrade to what we had booked. We had a 1-bed apartment, really well organised but found it bizarre that we had to ask for crockery/cutlery and cooking utensils! Sizeable balcony at the front of the hotel but road-facing…facing a dual carriageway with cars accelerating away from us! The noise from cruising cars late into the night was not great. The food in the buffet was ‘ok’, it was very samey and not particularly exotic. Unless you went at the very end of service, it was incredibly busy and the seating very cramped. The fresh breads and fresh fruit were excellent but hot-plate options were mixed, although the live cooking was usually good. Desserts typical of half board/all inclusive resorts - all look great but taste exactly the same. The outside common areas of the hotel are rather tired; the sun loungers could do with bringing up to date and the 2 main swimming pools are absolutely freezing!! The rooftop area is aesthetically pleasant but the pool is equally freezing, including the ‘hot tubs’(!!)

Very good value hotel that included breakfast and park access for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was good but a bit repetetive, and the room was great with good facilities but minor cosmetic damage to our bathroom and a lack of air con working in the room.

Nice hotel, but very very noisy. Hotel has everything required but parking is a nightmare and the bedroom walls are paper thin.
