"Clean room although dated. Swimming pool closed and restaurant under renovation. However, first night there was no hot water, phoned the next morning and it took 3 calls to get through to 'emergency' and only number listed for reception, when we got through he said he would send someone, meantime we checked power etc to no avail, a cold shower in the middle of winter in Pemberton was not idea but we had appointments we needed to attend. Upon returning in the afternoon still no hot water. The receptoonist provided another room, thankfully. However, no offer of a refund for part of the first night or voucher for inconvenience. We are likely to not stay there again after this experience which is unfortunate."
