"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. Although the room appeared somewhat clean when we arrived, the stay quickly went downhill. The shower drain was clogged and required maintenance to come and fix it. The air conditioning was also broken when we checked in. Maintenance came and repaired it, but the very next day it stopped working again and had to be fixed a second time. Having to deal with repeated maintenance issues during a short three-night stay is unacceptable. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. We put the sign out requesting our room to be cleaned, but it was completely ignored. Our room was never serviced during our stay. The hallways throughout the hotel were also noticeably dirty and gave the impression that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority. When you're paying for a hotel, you expect basic things like functioning amenities, housekeeping, and clean common areas. Instead, we spent our stay dealing with maintenance problems and poor service. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others."

"Location is good. Clean. We have some mobility challenges, it is important to note, the building is large u shape one elevator if you need it, stairs in several locations. In the future, I would stay but request room closer to the elevator. We would return."

"Great location, easy to get in and out of. Lots of parking. Room was spotless. Bed too soft for my taste but mattress and pillows all in pristine condition. Restaurant was nice with interesting menu. Sunday breakfast buffet a nice change of pace but I was a little disappointed as I had chosen a specific menu dish that I’d wanted that morning. Definitely stay again if I need to be in Vernon overnight"
