"Personnel pas accueillant, nous remettent nos clés sans explications du fonctionnement de l’igloo (comment mettre l’eau, les lumières, etc). On a dû trouver par nous même. Une fois l’eau mise, inondation sous l’évier, trempant tous nos bagages. Ne vaut absolument pas le prix. Déjeuner ok. Quand on va se renseigner, nous ignore totalement, ne se lève même pas pour voir ce que j’ai besoin. J’ai chercher la douche commune pendant 30 min car on me faisait juste un signe vers où aller mais m’ont pas...

"Asuin huoneistossa joka oli hyvin varusteltu. Pettymyksen aiheutti ettei paikassa ollut ravintolaa, kylpylään ei päässyt koska siellä oli suuri ryhmä, lähin kauppa oli Sallan keskustassa. Palvelua ei voinut sanoa huonoksi vaan sitä ei ollut."
