「The staff are super helpful. They helped me navigate the local area, made recommendations, and ordered reliable water taxis when I had to leave early in the morning to meet tours. The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk..」

「The room was very clean and quiet, the staff was helpful, the area had relaxing restaurants and a variety of stores, and it was an easy bus ride to Venice. i would definitely stay here again. 」

「Area is not very accessible to main areas of Venice. You have to pick up key across town. Do not take the boat to the terminal near the rental. It’s an hour walk to pick up and return to apartment. 」

「Great place to stay in Venice and so easy to get to. Super comfy beds and pillows!! Sofa could be more inviting since the tv is in the kitchen and you want somewhere to relax after a long day walking. Toaster didn’t work but that didn’t really affect us. Says bottted water available on the advert but there was none!! I would definitely comeback and stay again. Thank you for a great service and trip. 」

「Location and apartment were on point. You could walk less than 5 minutes to the Mestre Centre, about 15 minutes to Venezia Centre train station and across the road (2 mins walk) was the bus station taking you to Venice and other routes. The room we stayed in easily accommodated 5 sleepers and had two bathrooms, which was very useful. The staff overseeing yeh studios were friendly and available. Always responding to any queries. Really enjoyed our stay. 」

「Only complaint was the bathroom was not on the same floor as the living and bedroom, it was up a short flight of stairs. Not real convienient .」

「Struttura curata nei particolari, arredamento nuovo,letto confortevole,bagno e camera puliti. Se devi trovare una pecca?! Beh forse direi che,almeno nella ns camera,manca una cassettiera e il frigo. Noi per 2 notti ci siamo arrangiati,ma per un lungo soggiorno non saprei dove mettere l'abbigliamento, perché ci sono anche pochi appendiabiti. Ma ribadisco è stata una bella scoperta. Poi se si vuole pranzare o cenare di fianco c'è un ristorante che fa ottima carne alla brace Vi consigliamo anche...

「The place is beautiful. My only complaint was that there was some black mild in the shower, there was no dish soap nor a hand towel to dry dishes and having to take the garbage out is kind of a pain- especially at the rate being charged. Otherwise I would recommend this apartment. 」

「Beautiful place. We arrived by car, and the parking is behind locked gates. The appartments are in a palazzo, our appartment was spacious and well equipped for a family of 4. Kitchen and bathroom new and well equipped. Perfect as base for a visit to Venice, local morning bus will take you directly, from just outside the gate. Garden and pool area is quiet, calm and with enough sunbeds and parasols. Very helpful and nice personnel in reception.」
