「The staff is very friendly and speak many languages. You are greeted by a staff member as soon as you arrive and led in to their beautiful lobby with comfortable sofas where they check you in. Then they take bring you a wonderful aperitif of your choice with little snacks. You feel very special the moment you walk in. Pure luxury. The housekeeping staff always kept your room clean replenishing bath towels as needed. The staff is very professional and helpful.」

Breakfast was very nice, offering more of a selection than other stays in/around tge Puglia region. The accomodation was very new, with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, for a great night sleep. The pool was a little cold, but its quite refreshing and nice once your in. 「Staff were lovely, all super comfortable and clean - very short walk to spectacular rocky outcrop jutting into the sea from which to watch the sunrise. Borrowing the bikes and cycling into Otranto was fun.」

「So our stay was short due to cancelled flights but the boutique hotel is great. If you are from the US, you will find a hotel like this in the US. Very authentic Puglia architecture, in an old Plazzo; thus, the name. The staff bent over backwards for us bring up a very late night salad and Burrata when we got in at 1am in the morning,breakfast was outstanding. They drove us over to where our Duvine guides were picking us up. I wish we had a longer stay but highly recommend it.」

「Great hotel room and very spacious. The downstairs pool was chilly and overlooked though pleasant to sit by. Food and drink particularly breakfast was excellent. The breakfast is made to order with an additional buffet table. Gym was a litle basic with dumbells up to 14kg only. Overall highly recommended.」
