「Its a warm hotel in the old medina. Although its a bit difficult to find, the staff had sent email with map to guide you (though I ignored it accidentally). The host is really helpful and nice so as the ladies in the hotel helping out cleaning and preparing breakfast. Places are very clean and cozy. Definitely my choice for next time:)」

「This hotel is about walking distance from train station but because almost hard to find the street signs, it took me 30 min and asked at least 10 people to find it. Breakfast is good especially coffee. Shower water is big & hot. The bed is comfortable. TV has 1 or 2 English Chanel’s. There is no coffee maker or kettle and no fridge in room. 「Staff asked us to pay $170 MAD city tax when we checked out in hurry. We subsequently realised we had already paid that at the time of booking. In short, staff asked us to double pay what we have already paid. That’s not right. :(」

「The staff are extremely helpful, very polite, always smiling and ready to find the best solutions and answers for their guests. They added a bed to my children room so that my wife and I could enjoy our own separate room (the booking was for 6 people; 2 X 3 beds rooms). They supplied us with extra things that were not included in the breakfast buffet (such as virgin olive oil, sugar free Moroccan tea, etc.) I strongly recommend this hotel in Rabat. 」
