「Our flights were delayed and we did not arrive check in until 2:00 am. The man at the front desk was very helpful. We did not expect to stay in a hotel as we were supposed to be on a cruise ship. We did not have a way to charge all of our mobile devices and he found a device that would plug into the 220 Volt system and we were able to get all of our very important mobile devices charged up.
