Interesting historic building, great location right next to Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
Pictures of hotel in expedia are a little misleading... rooms were much smaller than they show, same as bathroom. And terrible, terrible parking- truly an afterthought. If you are not used to ultra-small spaces and tight corners do not pay for parking there: it was insanity to find a proper parking space when it was a little full. For $17/day you can go to many other places.
Some receptionists were very friendly and efficient, others do not realize that as a tourist one may not be familiar with the old, one-way streets of old downtown Salamanca. Please train your receptionists to be as clear and detailed as possible when giving directions since the hotel is in a walk-only street, not one with easy access for cars (on top of it the road for cars behind the hotel was cut for works when we arrived!), so we kept being afraid of getting traffic tickets just to leave the suitcases at the hotel.==the entrance has tables in front, making it harder to guess that one can drive right next to it.
