: Most of things are great in this hotel suites including friendly staff, breakfast, cafe 360, services and parking. moreover there are two private doors from backside hotel connected to elevators directly which is suitable for families. there is a swimming pool/baby corner/setting area/gym room in the roof. -: most of gym equipment were not working and No proper maintenance looks done. in suite 408 the toilet of master room is small in size and the sliding door not working well moreover there is no smell sealant provided. the TV room furniture is old. No cutlery and cups provided in the kitchenet.

Staff are horrible,impolite and unprofessional,service is zero, internet doesnt work properly, breakfast very cheap and low quality, i dont recommend anyone to stay in this hotel its 4 star but looked like 1 star

افضل مافيه الموقع

اشبه بشقق مفروشة اكثر من كونه فندق الموقع راااائع جدا على بعد خطوات مسجد السلطان قابوس ، السوق المركزي ، شركات النقل البري ، قريب بالسيارة من صلالة قاردنز مول ، كارفور ، لولو هايبر ماركت الافطار تم تحويله الى سحور في رمضان حسب سياسة الفندق ، وكانت عبارة عن طبق ارز مع دجاج او لحم فقط لاغير بدزن اي اضافات . الفندق جيد لمن يبحث عن فندق في وسط المدينة ولكنه اقرب للشقق المفروشة

اقمت في جناح مكون من غرفتين وصاله ويقع في الدور التاسع فكان روعة من حيث النظاقة والاطلاله على البحر.الموقع في الحي التجاري بصلالة يحيط المكان المطاعم والنقليات البرية الوطنية كما جامع السلطان قابوس خطوات قليلة من القندق صراحة انصح الجميع بالتجربة. ابو طه صلالة.
