「I would 100% recommend this Hotel! We felt very welcomed and relaxed! The only inconvenience was a blonde waitress at the main restaurant, which was very rude to us. But outside from that, the staff was very helpful and nice! Great hotel.」

「A nice hotel, but if you don’t have children please book the sister hotel next door Ella Elissa. Helea is a very big, very busy hotel full of screaming children. Rooms are nice but again can hear babies crying all night. Perfect for families with young children, but anyone else should seek an alternative.」

「Just returned from a 2 week stay. Safe to say we eventually had a fantastic time but initial observations did make us question if this was the right place for us. First impressions: Upon arrival we were not offered a welcome drink or seat in reception just stood at the desk to check in online. Upon booking I had requested a ground floor room. When I asked, I was told they would let me know the following day. Never heard back. Not too much of an issue but communication would have been nice....

「One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel is even better than the pictures show- boutique ‘Ibiza’ style, immaculately maintained, beautiful pool area and right on the beach with easy parking. No struggle for beds by pool or beach. The breakfast is stunning also. We stayed with our baby and it was perfect, great cot etc. All amazing but the very best thing is the staff- whoever is in charge of hiring is doing an amazing job. Nothing is a problem, they are relaxed, friendly,...

「Overall, a good hotel, but small details could make it top-notch. No bottled water available at the bar or in the restaurant. This is usually a given whilst abroad, bottles could be filled up, but this would look mental as a couple with 3 1.5l bottles each daily. Room was nice but nothing in the mini bar.」

「Sauberes Zimmer (zumindest im Hauptgebäude modern ausgestattet und völlig ausreichend), Geschirr beim Essen allerdings nicht immer ganz sauber und teilweise noch nass, Auffüllen der Mini Bar nur auf Nachfrage und mehr als 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser wurden nie aufgefüllt. Hatte darum gebeten anstelle von Softdrinks und Bier. Essen war etwas eintönig und die Qualität nicht die beste, aber das liegt an einem 4 Sterne Standard.」

「Die Hotelanlage war wunderbar und alles war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und insbesondere der große Privatpool waren traumhaft, einziges Manko: in der Dusche war die Duschwand kaputt und es hat leicht geschummelt, außerdem hatten wir immer wieder mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Der Service in den Restaurants und den Bars war immer perfekt. Schade war, dass man im Hauptrestaurant keinen Einlass hatte, wenn man ein Themenrestaurant gebucht hatte, auch wenn es erst spät abends war.」

「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Apollo Blue Hotel auf Korfu. Die Hotelanlage ist gepflegt und wunderschön, besonders der große Pool und die Rasenfläche bis zum Meer haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist das Essen. Das Abendbuffet war an manchen Tagen sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker, an anderen Tagen jedoch etwas eingeschränkter.
