Pasquale met us at the apartment even though we were late and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. He checked in on us several times, gave us info about the buses and ferries, dining recommendations, maps, etc. He even arranged a cab back to the train station for us. 「I loved how when arriving Andrea and his mother were there to check us in, they were both so welcoming and there was no guessing how to get in or how things worked.
