"朝夕とも食事は美味しく頂きました。山菜を中心に自然いっぱいな肩骨的な食事でした。 　部屋キーは2名利用だったため、特に温泉行く際キーが2つあるといいなと思いました。設備面では部屋窓が大きく銅山川が見渡せ圧巻でしたが、窓ガラスの汚れが目立っていて清掃すればいいなと思いました。"

"ゲームコーナーや、リビングルームの大きなテレビに子供たちは大満足でした。 キッチンの設備もほぼなんでも揃っていました。 夜中、暴風雨の音と幹線道路を通るトラックの音が気になりましたが、子供たちはぐっすり眠れたようです。17時以降は周辺のお店はほぼ閉まってしまうし、コンビニが近くにないので、手前の町で買い物を済ませておかないと困ってしまうロケーションです。オーナーさんとは顔を合わせませんでしたが、とても親切なご案内メールをいただきました。海が近くて綺麗な夕陽が思い出になりましま。"

"最上川のすぐ近くで、どの部屋の窓からも最上川が望めます。 2024年の水害で、大きな被害を受けられてからの復興は、大変だったと思いますが、笑顔で、迎えて下さり、スタッフ一人ひとりが、細やかな心配りをして下さいました。 横なぐりの雨の中、車からどうやってフロントまで、行こうかと思い悩んでいたら、傘を持って駆け寄って下さいました。 温かい気持ちになれました。 スタッフ皆さんのおかげで、山形旅行は、とても心に残るものになりました。徳島から、来て良かったです。ありがとうございました。"
