「Now this is a dog friendly hotel. Hotel very busy on checking in but receptionist, who was also looking after the bar at the time, was very helpful. Told us to take a seat and he would serve us a drink when he could, bus load arrived so we went to our room, the receptionist rang to apologise. Great service in bar, dogs welcome in bar area and outside patio. 「We enjoyed our stay at the Lido immensely. It was right on the sandy beach, and also provided comfortable seating around its own pool, together with drinks service. The restaurants were excellent, if a little pricier than the village offerings, and the breakfasts ample, without the usual rubbery scrambled eggs and tired bacon we get in North America. We’d recommend it for a family, too, as it has good play facilities for children.」
