「Lovely modern hotel. Clean & friendly staff」

「The room was small but adequate . The air conditioner wasn’t working , only blew hot air and as it had been 27 degrees that day it was a very hot unpleasant night . We had to sleep with window open , the road noise was awful and the a car alarm went off . We hardly slept . The light switch on the bedside light was broken so I couldn’t switch it on to read . All in all an awful night with not much sleep . With a very long drive back to the uk the next day it wasn’t ideal . Teception was closed...

「Cet hôtel se divise en une partie historique et une aile neuve. Les chambres éco sont mansardées et d’accès difficile par un escalier étroit, peu commode lorsque l’on a des bagages à monter. C’est la chambre que j’avais prise. Mes commentaires ne présagent pas de la qualité des autres chambres. 「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」
