It was as budget friendly as it gets for tourist season but without any major compromises. The lobby and rooms were clean and spacious. The room was also aesthetic and I love how they had a balcony to over look the ocean view. Restaurants were in walking range as well as the pier.

No English speaking staff. When we booked online through Expedia, we thought it was pet friendly only to get a resounding NO DOGS! This and contact Expedia for a refund was the only english spoken. They did give us directions to a pet friendly hotel where we went to and booked.The customer service here is top notch!

Great spot, not enough sheets

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms would have been comfortable but we reserved a room for 4 people. The sofa bed was not made for us, nor were there extra sheets in the room. We asked for a set and we promptly got a set of twin sheets that did not fit the bed. My daughters slept with a flat sheet over the bare mattress and a light blanket. For the price we paid they should have had the bed made for us.

Very friendly and efficient desk staff later afternoon & morning. Room was large, clean and everything worked. Modern bathroom with excellent shower/bath setup. Great view down to the river from the back window. It is a basic motel with spartan dated decor and furniture but that is what is expected at this price point. I would stay here again.
