"Room was not ready at 3pm. Front desk gave us the key but when we went to the room it was still being cleaned. Better communication would have avoided us going up with our bags and wait front of our room for it to be ready.
No privacy in the room. Unable to open the window curtain (window and the entrance facing the hallway).
Room cleaning is not included. If you request is by leaving the sign on the door, sign will be removed without cleaning the room.
Parking is an issue. Up on the hill is not safe to park and sometimes if you park, you cannot leave due to other cars blocking. Although the reception informed us this is a known issue, they do not track the vehicles (not taking plate numbers)."
