Great for an overnight stop on our drive from Spain to the UK. Rooms were small, but great for one night. Friendly staff and a lovely continental breakfast. We would definately stay here again.

Pleased to meet Greet.

I’ve never stayed in Greet hotel before. If they are all as good as this one I’ll look forward to trying another location. Staff were wonderful. The room was basic but comfortable though I do miss my kettle. Limited but good evening menu and a great breakfast.

This is quite a basic hotel on the edge of the city. It’s convenient for motorway access and there’s a petrol station nearby, but when I arrived, I discovered that the on-site restaurant would be closed for the evening for a private function, which they hadn’t forewarn me about. The nearest restaurant was a fair distance away. The hotel is a little bit rundown and could do with renovating, but the staff were pleasant and helpful and the morning buffet was good.

Basic hotel with a good vibe

I liked the hotel. Had a homely feel. Lots of secondhand crockery! Service excellent. Bar had Affligem which is lovely. Only minor complaint is that the shower was a bit cramped - like a cabin shower on a boat. Otherwise all good.

Scotsman artist in Angoulleme!

Although the hotel itself was average, the STAFF were absolutely BRILLIANT: friendly, helpful, patient (as my french is not great!) and accommodating. The food was also fabulous - I had not expected the high quality cuisine!!! Thanks you all so much

We LOVE this place!!!

This is our second time staying here while driving from Netherlands to San Sebastian. The first time was so great we did it again and this time was even better. The staff is 10/10 amazing. Very patient with my bad French even thought they spoke English perfectly. Claire even spoke a good amount of Dutch. She checked us in and helped us with the menu and was overall a sparkling ray of sunshine. The dinner and drinks were great. This is a classic motel. Clean, hot shower, comfy bed, fabulous staff, close to the highway. It is older but not in a bad way. It has character and is just a great place!

Great stay.

Great stay. Only one tiny criticism. The shower. The bathroom is the pod type which are always clean but the shower is so small that the curtain hugs!! A bit more space would be perfect. Apart from that, it was just perfect and will get another visit from us next time.

Left a lot to be desired

Our room smelled like urine. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and only one towel, no bath mat. No cups. The air conditioner seemed old and dirty. The bathroom was microscopic and barely room to walk by the end of the bed and the wall watching out for the TV hung on the wall.

Dans la douche cheveux long collé sur le carrelage de la douche , a ce demandé si la douche avait été nettoyé avant que j'arrive , coton tige sale dans la poubelle à côté du lit . C'est pour cela que je ne retournerai pas chez vous . Le personnel de nettoyage n'est pas consciencieux !
