"The room smelled like smoke eventhough it was a non-smoking room. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The light in the bathroom flickered and eventually went off. Mold in the bathroom due to fan not working. The handle in the bath tub was falling off. The sink and tub plugs were missing. The phone in the room was disconnected. The TV remote didn't work. The hot tub was cold. The continental breakfast was not set up by 7am on the weekend with no staff in sight. I'm not sure if there even was a breakfast because we left right at 7am after not seeing anyone. "
