The front desk staff was very efficient and courteous. We had dinner at the restaurant one night which was very good, the service was great. We also had breakfast one morning.

The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the train station and the Christmas market was within short walking distance. We had a lake view room. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel provided all the essentials for our stay.

When booking this stay I didn’t realize that this modern looking property had 0 air conditioning. Being used to Asian and American hotels I expected it as standard worldwide.
