Il manque du matériel : une seule serviette par personne, pas de tapis de bain, pas de cintres, pas de bouilloire. Un grille-pain abimé... Etablissement classé comme hôtel, mais dont le fonctionnement ressemble à celui d'une location, car il faut faire une partie du ménage, alors que le prix est assez élevé. De plus, il est très compliqué de rencontrer le personnel en cas de besoin.
