「A really lovely boutique-style hotel in an excellent location for making the Chateau a focal point of a trip (approximately 10 minutes walk to the main gates.) There are lots of restaurants and bistros plus food shops etc within a very short walk. The building is old which gives lots of character, but the interior is clean and modern (unfortunately without air con if you happen to be visiting in silly-hot weather, although they did provide fans in the rooms). 「smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. 」

「The AC is so hard to operate and didn’t work at all. We are there during the heatwave on July 11. Diana is great accommodating us but the male person replaced her it was terrible. We told him AC is not working but we have to go. The AC was not checked at all. The location is nice but not in Paris. You will spent traveling to and from the hotel to Paris. The room and bathroom is bigger than usual Paris hotel but lacking kettle. I wont retun to this hotel.」

「Hotel propre, relativement recent, bien situé à proximité immédiate de la forêt de Saint-Germain-en-laye, et non loin du centre-ville dynamique de cette même ville. 「The hotel is opposite to T2 tram and RER C train station, which is very convenient in going to Eiffel Tower or Chateau de Versailles. It has a charged car park underneath the hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy, with separate toilet and bathroom. My two kids slept in the sofa bed. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel. The price is good for this location near the city centre. However, during our stay, RER C line closed for 1 month. We have to spend extra time to travel to nearby...
