「Mon séjour c’est bien passé, par contre je n’ai pas apprécié le fait que vous ayez fait le prélèvement avant mon arrivée à l’hôtel. Lorsque j’ai sollicité vos services, il m’a été proposé un paiement sur place pour lequel j’ai opter à ma surprise lorsque je suis arrivé à l’hôtel on m’a dit que le paiement était déjà effectué ce qui fait que je n’ai pas de reçu de carte bleue.」

「Wat een fijn hotel als tussenstop op weg naar het zuiden van Frankrijk. Dicht bij de snelweg, heel rustig gelegen, veilig parkeren op het terrein zelf en echt een prachtige plek! Echte aanrader! 」

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「We have a pleasant stay here. Although the room is small, the staff are friendly. It is located in a very beautiful small town. There are a lot of restuarants close by. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good. The room is clean but small. The lift s small, too. It can only allow 2 big suitcases with one small suitcase added with 2 adults in the lift. If you drive, there will be more things to see. If not, you can still enjoy staying there for shopping and sitting in a nice restaruants...

「Great hotel with nice restaurant and grounds - voulez area, gazebo, pool and lots of picnic tables. Super for our dog. Very close to the motorway exit but not close enough to hear noise. Friendly staff . Would stay here again . 」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter...

「We really enjoyed our stay, a clean, refurbished, large bedroom and a lovely bar. Cedric at the reception was very helpful. The car parking in the back garage was good. The Location is handy, as it is near lots of lovely restaurants.」

「Anne was outstanding. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. It would’ve been nice to have had access to a communal fridge and easier access to the secure bicycle area. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff who made sure my room was always spotless and tidy.」
