Spacious, well appointed rooms with well stocked kitchen area. Situated on the lagoon where you xan swim. Pool did get a little busy, used mainly by families but generally managed to get sunbed on the beach. Staff were exceptionally halpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome.

Nous avons eu une chambre au rez de chaussée sans vue mise à part la savane et très sombre oui vu jardin mais vivre dans le noir compliqué quand tu es dans un pays aussi ensoleillé . de plus mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain et emplacement des wc pas pratique l hôtel nous a permis de changer de chambre après plusieurs réclamations pour la dernière nuit cette dernière était 100 fois mieux que l autre car elle était au premier étage pas d odeur.. wc séparé de la douche.. et surtout de la clarté.

Une valeur sûre

Séjour pour une nuit. Arrivés à 15h00 et chambre prête. Le temps de récupérer une serviette et direction la plage. Des bains de soleil sont à la disposition de la clientèle, par contre pas de parasols. Le soir apéro au salon extérieur spacieux et confortable. Puis dîner au restaurant. Service un peu trop lent mais cuisine de qualité. Le resto ne prendre plus de commandes après 20h30 ce qui est beaucoup trop tôt. Le bar lui ferme à 22h00 ce qui est aussi trop tôt. Chambre spacieuse, bonne literie. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié mais un peu cher pour ceux qui ne se gavent pas. Puis piscine très agréable, un peu petite. Manque de parasols et de bains de soleil. Personnels très polis et agréables.

Hôtel stylé au design moderne et avec personnel très agréable et serviable. Accès lagon direct. Ma chambre était très spacieuse avec kitchenette et comme une loggia extérieure. Bon rapport qualité prix mais c’était une promo.

Cadre agréable et reposant

Nous étions déjà venus avec nos enfants et nous avions aimé le cadre, le service et les équipements (piscine, spa, restaurant vue mer). À nouveau, nous n’avons pas été déçus, bien au contraire! Nous recommandons fortement !

Agréable séjour

Chambre moderne et spacieuse avec terrasse/balcon agréable. Nous avons apprecié la piscine chauffée et le côté tropical de l'hôtel ainsi que la bienveillance et disponibilité du personnel. Bémol sur la douche qui laisse l'eau s'échapper et rend la sortie de douche désagréable.

Des chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Les services bar bien et agréables. Petit déjeuner complet. La piscine un peu petite pour le nombre de chambres. L'accès à la mer : dommage qu'il n'y a pas la possibilité de revenir à l'hôtel par la plage après 19h.

Hôtel neuf service inexistant

Hôtel bien entretenu et neuf . Par contre aucun service d’un 4* -vous montez vos bagages dans votre chambre et vous redescendez le chariot à l accueil. -si vous utilisez la cafetière dans la chambre, sachez que la vaisselle ne sera pas faite par la femme de ménage. - restaurant de l hôtel médiocre Pour conclure des chambres neuves mais ne demandez rien à personne au risque de les déranger… J ai essayé de demander une bouteille d’eau pour la route lors de mon départ mais même cela a été trop demandé.

peu serviable

Je trouve que le service n'est pas à la hauteur, on fait le strict minimum et rien n'est fait pour améliorer l'expérience client. Par exemple, arrivant très tôt à la Réunion, j'ai demandé si je pouvais avoir la chambre à partir de 9h, on m'a envoyé un questionnaire sur lequel j'ai réitéré ma demande. Pas de réponse, et en arrivant le personnel n'a jamais entendu parler de ma demande et ne fait rien pour accélérer la mise à dispo de la chambre qui se fera donc à 15h. Le restaurant ferme à 20h45, aucun effort si vous arrovez à 20h50, vous devez vous débrouiller à l'extérieur alors qu'il y a un couvre feu à 21h...merci! J'ai quand même passé 10 nuits consécutives, un effort aurait été appréciable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel qui est cher par rapport à la qualité de service. Les autres hôtels de la Réunion qui sont à ce tarif sont beaucoup plus attentifs à ces détails et plus chaleureux.
