BEST HOTEL STAY!

My stay was marvellous. I added my boyfriend to the stay but he couldn’t make it due to documentation and I had completely forgot about it, upon arrival the room was decorated with rose petals and a fruit hamper style plate which I LOVED. I really appreciated the touch even though my boyfriend couldn’t make it, this helped put a smile on what was a disastrous day. All the ladies at reception well kind, helpful and accommodating. I can not wait to visit again and this time for longer.

It is a beautiful hotel with the most fantastic view and our junior suite was also great. Food was below average - breakfast was not of a high standard and one morning they were out of juice!! BUT our biggest concern was the the limitation of speaking English. Reunion is telling everybody, that they want to be a tourist island and then it is not good enough, that a hotel of Boucan Canot level have so few people, that speak English - I had a feeling, that we were second rank tourist, because we don't speak French. It is ok to be proud of the French language, but it is a general problem on all French destinations - they think, that French is a world language, but it is NOT!! If they want to welcome English spoken tourist, all staff should be trained in English.

Très jolie suite, terrasse vue mer très agréable, un très bon accueil, un séjour en famille reposant et revivifiant. En revanche le restaurant pourrait être très bien en harmonisant le tarif et la prestation mais trop d'attente pour obtenir les plats (supérieure à 1h) ce qui gâche un peu ce moment de partage en famille. Mais le séjour juste hôtel très agréable.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Ozean! Das Hotel liegt traumhaft direkt am Meer – die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette établissement. Ce n'était pas notre premier séjour. Tout le personnel est au petit soin. C'est une équipe dynamique, souriante et à votre écoute. Un grand merci à eux. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien aménagées et très propres. Nous affectionnons particulièrement cet hôtel, pour sa petite taille, son calme, son emplacement, ses équipements et son service mais aussi sur le fait qu'il soit très bien entretenu au fil des ans.

Situation exceptionnelle, Hotel moyen.

La situation de l’hôtel est magnifique. J’y retourne chaque année. La nourriture du restaurant est plutôt correct. Elle était meilleure l’année dernière. on a eu des œufs brouillés froid. Des plats phares ont disparu de la carte pour d’autres moins bons. Si vous ne réservez pas, on ne vous donne pas de table, même si le restaurant est vide. À l’hôtel c’est encore autre chose. À l’accueil les hôtesses sont particulièrement gentilles. Mais le personnel d’entretien est inexistant. Ascenseur est en panne. Il y a des auréoles de dégât des eaux au plafond de la salle de bain. Le flexible de la douche vous saute à la figure. La bonde de la baignoire a disparu. Si les serviettes sont propres, elles sont molles et grisâtres. La piscine est peu profonde. La situation de cet hôtel reste unique à la Réunion.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour au Boucan Canot. Une vue splendide sur l'océan par-dessus la piscine, une localisation à quelques pas du centre-ville, un service souriant et agréable et un parking payant mais possible : ce sont les points forts immédiats de l'hôtel. La chambre n'est pas en reste : spacieuse et confortable avec une salle de bains au niveau également. Seul petit bémol : le petit-déjeuner buffet qui, quoi que complet, pourrait être meilleur au niveau de la qualité des produits.

Superbe vue sur une des plus belles plages de l'île ! Le staff a été très compréhensif suite à notre changement de plan (nous avons du avancer nos dates du fait des conditions climatiques). Personnel accueillant et agréable, lieu exceptionnel et calme assuré pour bien se reposer. Seul bémol : la piscine était fermée notre premier jour mais nous avons pu en profiter plus tard.

Nice hotel on the beach

Bel hôtel donnant sur la plage. Vous pourrez prendre votre café tout en admirant les baleines au large. Très bon rapport Qualité-Prix.
