「The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

「海邊，火車站...不算近，但步行可至，也有餐廳，超市，基本是方便的 房間清潔。至於如何維持清潔是住客基本責任，住這種公寓酒店是常識。 隔音不算好。」

「The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. Complementary croissants were hung on your door every morning which was a nice touch. The owner and receptionist were both welcoming and lovely to...

「房内都可以，但洗手間竟無去水位，洗澡的水可以濺出来，没有摭擋！要做工人抹地！地点較偏距離火車站，但可步行去海灘有船泊地方很美！ 工作人員服務一般，最激氣wifi要收$，但用不着在房間，冇毛巾供应！泳池一般冇救生員當值！整体來说，我不会推這酒店！因他是没有服務的！」

「quiero denunciar por este medio que nos cobraron una fianza de 300,00 euros al llegar y a la salida les entregamos la vivienda más limpia que la recibimos, y nos dijeron que el mismo día o como tarde al día siguiente nos devolverían la fianza, pues después de cinco días no la hemos recibido y llamamos al teléfono Le Crystal pero no nos cogen y les he enviado unos cinco correos pero tampoco nos devuelven nuestro dinero...,, que podemos hacer?」

「Séjour très décevant et non conforme à la description. Le logement ne se situait pas à l'adresse indiquée sur l'annonce et présentait de nombreux problèmes de propreté et d'entretien (équipements de cuisine défectueux, literie tachée, sanitaires endommagés). De plus, les prestations annoncées telles que la piscine n'étaient pas au rendez-vous. Malgré nos signalements, nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse de la part de l'hôte. Une expérience malheureusement très négative pour notre famille.」
