Court séjour

Un couple d’hôtelier vraiment très accueillant (de façon sincère et spontanée!), aussi ouverts à la discussion pour faire connaissance ou parler de ce qui se passe en ce moment. Attentionnés également (merci!). Les bémols cependant : - il est indiqué parking (raison pour laquelle j’avais choisi cet hôtel) mais en réalité c’est un tout petit espace qui fait office de stationnement (1 place seulement). Quel dommage, surtout quand on sait que St Nazaire c’est un grand port et beaucoup de personne y viennent déposer leurs voitures avec leur déménagement à l’intérieur (une voiture garée dans un parking et non dans la rue = sérénité pour nous). - l’hôtel est très bien placé mais il aurait besoin de quelques rénovations pour le moderniser et lui donner un coup de « pep’s » - des finitions sont à revoir (ex : le sol de la salle de bains garde l’eau et donc un peu noir au pied du bac à douche, papier peint en partie arraché dans la salle de repas, rideau de douche trop court donc laisse passer l’eau et qui mériterait d’être remplacé par une porte vitrée).

Des travaux étaient en cours depuis la période de confinement , donc je ne peux donner d'avis très fiable. L'accès au parking privé gratuit n'est pas évident. Digicode lent qui laisse penser qu'il ne fonctionne pas et pas facile d'accès à cause de l'aménagement de la rue pour les bus (terre plein à franchir pour rentrer dans le bâtiment). Mais responsables très agréables et charmants et je n'y était que pour dormir, donc tout cela ne m'a pas gêné.

Nous avions réservé et payé pour 2 chambres doubles et lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avions 1 chambre double et 1 chambre simple. La réceptionniste a rajouté un lit supplémentaire dans la chambre double d'où très peu de place pour circuler. Mauvaise réception TV. Bon Wifi. Parking gratuit notifié lors de la réservation. Pas de places car il peut accueillir seulement 3 voitures !!!

A good hotel

The hotel is well located, clean, serves a decent breakfast and offers spacious rooms. Just make sure that the radiators are working well when you check in because the one in my room needed attention. However they fixed it quickly and while doing so said if there was still a problem I could have a different room.

Ravi de découvrir un hôtel de ce type.

En déplacement professionnel je suis arrivé à la Gare de St Nazaire à 22 h.53. Une personne m'attendais lorsque je suis arrivé à 23 h.20 et s'est enquit de savoir si je voulais un jus d'orange ou un café. Le lendemain matin très bien accueilli par la gérante ou propriétaire de l'établissement, un petit déjeuner copieux avec en sus un jus d'orange frais. Cette personne a essayé en peu de temps de me faire découvrir les atouts de la ville d'une façon passionnée. Nous reviendrons en déplacement familial sans aucune hésitation.
