Hotel Kyriad St Maur très grosse déception

Nous avons occupé la chambre 36 .Dans la rubrique confort , il est stipulé que chaque chambre est équipée d une climatisation individuelle , hélas on avait beau régler le thermostat , cette soit disant clim. ne faisait que du bruit , nous aurions beaucoup apprécié , car nous étions dans un four ( canicule t°extérieur 36 °), je vais voir à la réception la jeune fille me dis que la climatisation ne sert que pour chauffer en hiver., je lui fait part également de l état de la lunette des WC, complétement disloquée , elle prend note , derrière la porte de la salle de bain, de la saleté c est accumulée depuis x temps ,la porte du sas d entrée pas de poignet ? si la porte claque vous êtes coincé soit à l’extérieur soit à l intérieur .L établissement propose un parking totalement sécurisé ? Un écriteau vous signal que le parking n est pas gardé ! Nous avons passé une partie de la nuit la porte de la chambre ouverte . N avons passée une très très mauvaise nuit, Au petit déjeuner pas de plateau repas pour rassembler café pain confiture etc , Nous sommes très déçu de de notre passage dans cette Hôtel Kyriad de st Maur Il est inutile de consulter le descriptif sur le net ce n est que mensonges. Je déconseille cette établissement. 86 € pour cela ne les vaut pas du tout

Impossible de dormir dans la chambre numéro 1 car spot lumineux qui ne s'éteint pas la nuit. Toute la lumière donne sur la chambre qui n'a que des rideaux et pas de volets
