The staff was helpful in solving the issue while the event in the old city forbids any taxi coming in to pick us up. She was resourceful in getting an electric bike and get our luggage and then ourselves to the train station.

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé dans l'intramuros, rénové, propre et accueillant. Le personnel est très aimable. Nous avons eu un souci pour lequel on aurait aimé être prévenu.
