"The staff were excellent. I had forgotten my wife’s birthday card in my room and only realized it once we were at La Tanière. Thanks to the can-do attitudes of Laurie and Rosemarie, Laurie went to my room to get the card and Rosemarie dropped the card off at the restaurant on her way home after her shift. That is real service! Congratulations Fairmont and thank you Laurie and Rosemarie!"

"Lovely staff and clean hotel. Pool side rooms can be a little noisy if you need an earlier night ( open until 10pm ) and it was loud with music playing, but we had chosen that room so I will know for next time. Also a strong smell of chemicals from the pool in those rooms so that’s worth considering if you are thinking of getting a pool view.
The restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
