「The pool was shut down most of our stay. One of the elevators wasn't working and then shut down all the way. The sauna was shut down the whole time.」

「Super old place- bad everything. Mold in the bathroom -room 101 - smelly and no $ back :(」

「The hotel was great except for the lack of insulation/sound dampening between the room and the the hallway. We were awakened quite a few times by conversations and loud noises taking place in the hallway.」

「The location of Boulevard Inn is perfect! We requested and received an upper floor Park view room with a fantastic view of Lake Michigan and the sunset. We were on the 6th floor, our room was clean, and housekeeping readily available if neeed. The restaurant provided a nice continental breakfast of yogurts, juices, fresh fruit and a different hot item daily. Friendly staff. Only complaint is their pillows were too lumpy/ hard, but if you bring your own, not an issue! Would definitely...
