All the leather finish was scraped off the head boards.
Not much in the concession.
Left a day early as the family members hospital stay was shorter than expected.
Still had to pay for the room which is understandable but they would not pro-rate my parking as I had already paid upfront.

there was a bit of a mix up when checking in about which room was ours but they resolved it quickly and we ended up in a better room than we had booked! the staff were super kind and accommodating. the property was beautiful and is in an amazing location especially if you need to go to the TD station. underground parking is super convenient and you don’t even really need to leave the building since it’s part of brunswick square so lots of restaurants, little stores and places to go/check out and things to do. only thing that would make it better is if there was included breakfast lol. the little bistro & pub seems pretty great too! we only stopped by for some drinks but still well worth it.

I felt that the rooms were old the window sills were peeling our heat didn’t work in our room it was cold and the couch was not comfortable it looked like it was from the 50’s
They charged additional parking of 25 a day
For the price they charge it should have been much better was extremely disappointed

The rooms were good, and the price fair, but we paid for a full breakfast for 2 and it took so long we were unable to wait for it. It took over 50 minutes. The waitress was lovely but overworked and stressed.

Very spacious rooms, beds were so comfortable. The staff were so kind and very helpful when I had questions. It’s so CONVENIENT that they have the underground parking available and they had pedway available from the hotel. Took us no time to get to TD station. Will definitely be booking here again in the future.

Property is not what I remember a few years back. Needs a renovation. Went to the hotel restaurant for supper and a mouse ran across the chair I was sitting. We left and went to the Delta hotel restaurant but on the way back to the Hilton we seen 2 more mice. Gross.
