Great location to be able to explore the area by public transport. Good rooms only negative we had to go downstairs to foyer/dining room for WiFi. None available in room

Rooms were very small. We were put into a room facing a noisy Main Street. There were double windows bot the room was so stuffy so to open a window you heard all the noise and could smell people smoking. I was an air conditioner hung bit had no control. The breakfast was 12.00 Euro and had very little to heat. Totally not worth it. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. Well located.

Close to the sea

A nice , older hotel only blocks from the port and the sea. Within walking distance to the old town , restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good , we would stay here again.

Semi marathon St Jean de Luz Andarrabia

Séjour pour le semi de St Jean de Luz à Andarrabia, la chambre est propre, la télé canal + est bienvenue quand il n’y a rien à la télé, le personnels est plutôt bien accueillant et accessible. Le petit déjeuner servi à 7 h est plutôt pratique. Je recommande cette hôtel

L'hôtel est très peu fréquenté. J'ai l'impression que j'étais le seul client. J'ai eu un soucis le 30 au matin. J'étais sorti pour me promener vers 9h et quand je suis revenu à l'hôtel, la porte était fermée et il n'y avait personne à l'accueil. J'ai eu un mal fou à pouvoir contacté un responsable au téléphone (appel sur répondeur). Après avoir envoyé un sms sur le site, j'ai enfin une personne qui m'a ouvert. J'ai passé 30mn à la porte. Proprement scandaleux. Personne à l'accueil à 10h du matin. Je n'ai pas été prévenu

Habitación limpia, cómoda, silenciosa y ventilada con ducha cómoda. Personal muy amable. Excelente ubicación con buses en la puerta. El aire acondicionado se prendia y apagaba automáticamente un día frío y era ruidoso. No probé el desayuno porque todo era con gluten pero hay muchas cafeterías con opciones sin gluten en San Juan de Luz.

Extrêmement bien placé pour les transports : gare et bus. En revanche très bruyant : obligée d’acheter des bouchons d’oreille pour ne plus entendre le bruit de la circulation !! malgré 2 doubles vitrages. Petit déjeuner très cher pour la proposition.

Personnel d'accueil au top ! Enregistrement rapide et conseils personnalisés. Établissement vieillissant mais propre et avec une très bonne literie. Très bien placé : entre, restaurants et plages à proximité. Petit déjeuner correct mais certains produits pourraient être maintenus au frais (beurre par exemple) A proximité de parking dont un souterrain.
